Made for Long-term financial planners

Seven thoughtful things to consider

Asset allocation boundaries, liquidity budgeting, and risk mitigation strategies.

QUESTION 01

Potential total loss of invested capital

Unlisted extractive sector ventures carry high failure rates; capital should be allocated only from high-risk discretionary funds.

QUESTION 02

Concentration and diversification

Ensure natural resource private holdings do not exceed reasonable portfolio allocation thresholds (typically 1-5% of total net worth).

QUESTION 03

Time horizon and cash flow needs

Resource development cycles often span 3 to 7+ years; funds required for near-term emergencies or debt obligations must not be committed.

QUESTION 04

Private-share valuation uncertainty

Lack of daily mark-to-market pricing requires conservative net asset value (NAV) discounting and periodic impairment reviews.

QUESTION 05

Dividend assumptions and restrictions

Operating surpluses must typically be reinvested in shaft deepening, tailings expansion, and permit renewals before distributions occur.

QUESTION 06

Independent professional advice

Consult a licensed independent fiduciary or certified wealth manager who does not receive commission from the transaction.

QUESTION 07

Documentation and exit pathways

Understand secondary share transfer protocols, IPO timelines, and potential acquisition exit scenarios.

Simple share guide · Updated October 14, 2026

How many shares come with each package?

Think of shares like pieces of a company. Aureus currently advertises $100 for each paid share. Some packages add extra bonus shares. You register and review any purchase on Aureus itself.

Current advertised paid-share price$100 per paid shareCheck latest company offer ↗

🌟 A simple example

Imagine you choose a box with 5 paid shares. Aureus advertises 6 extra bonus shares with that package. You would receive 11 shares in total, subject to Aureus's terms. A bonus share means an additional share, not extra cash.

📘 What does “$1,000 par value” mean?

Your certificate uses $1,000 par value per ordinary share. Par value is a stated legal or accounting figure for the share class. It is not the cash you receive, a resale price, or proof a $100 purchase is worth $1,000. We have not confirmed that your certificate's par-value designation applies to all current package shares. Verify the share class and terms directly with Aureus.

🧭 The easy path

1. Read the package comparison. 2. Choose “Register on Aureus.” 3. Create your account there and verify your email. 4. Review official documents, eligibility, current pricing and risks before making any decision.
